Yes. A complimentary 20-minute phone consultation is available to determine fit and answer initial questions.
Both in-person and virtual sessions are available, and the format can be adjusted as needed. For example if you typically attend in person but weather, illness, or childcare needs make it difficult to come in, a virtual link can be sent for that session.
In-person sessions are located in LaSalle, Ontario. It is a home-based practice with a dedicated private space for sessions, and the address is provided once an appointment is confirmed. Please note that I do have a cat in the home; however, if you are allergic or have any concerns, she can remain in a separate area during the appointment.
I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as family therapy.
No. Couples and marriage therapy are outside my current scope of practice. Referrals are available when appropriate.
Yes. As a Registered Master’s-level Social Worker with OCSWSSW, I am qualified to provide supervision to both OCSWSSW and CRPO registrants.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee (full session fee) unless otherwise discussed.

Your personal health information is stored securely using Jane App, a PHIPA-compliant electronic health record system. Confidentiality is maintained in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
AI-assisted tools may be used to support documentation of session notes. These tools are designed to enhance accuracy and efficiency while maintaining privacy standards. Clients are informed and may decline the use of AI-supported documentation at any time.
