What Therapy Can Offer
Support that is thoughtful, practical, and grounded.
Therapy provides time and space to slow down and understand what’s contributing to anxiety, stress, low mood, or relationship strain. Together, we look at patterns, explore practical tools, and work toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable. The goal is not perfection, but increased clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction.

Fees and Payment
Sessions are $160 for 60 minutes, whether held virtually or in person. The fee is the same for adult, child, youth, and family appointments.
Payment is required at the time of service and can be made by credit card on file through Jane or by e-transfer. Once payment has been received, a receipt is issued that can be submitted to your extended health benefits provider for reimbursement.
Because coverage differs between plans, please confirm details directly with your insurer. Direct billing to insurance companies is not available.
Scope of Practice
Please note that eating disorders, couples therapy, high-conflict separation or custody matters, and specialized addictions treatment are outside my current scope of practice. Referrals are available when appropriate.
